The Standard market is all about extremes right now. Metal promo cards are hitting absolutely bonkers prices, while some of the premium Signature variants are cooling off after their recent highs.
Top Staples
Ahri - Nine-Tailed Fox (Metal) at $4,999.99 is the undisputed queen of the format right now. This organized play promo is stupid rare and everyone wants one for their collection.
Ahri - Inquisitive (Signature) from Spiritforged sits at $2,731.73 and shows that new set signatures can compete with the older stuff. The card art is incredible and it's seeing real play in multiple decks.
Annie - Dark Child (Metal) rounds out the top three at $2,499.97. Another organized play exclusive that's become the ultimate flex card for competitive players.
Kai'Sa - Daughter of the Void (Signature) at $2,327.96 proves Origins signatures still have serious staying power. She's been a format staple since day one and shows no signs of slowing down.
Master Yi - Wuju Bladesman (Metal) at $1,935.00 completes our top five. The organized play promos continue to dominate the high-end market in ways nobody saw coming.
Movers This Week
The big story is Garen - Might of Demacia (Metal) absolutely exploding with an 88,715% gain to hit $1,349.99. Either someone discovered a broken combo or the supply just completely dried up overnight.
Origins cards are having a moment with several Seals pumping hard. Baited Hook jumped 63.9% to $71.90, while both Seal of Insight and Seal of Strength gained 68.3% and 59.8% respectively. Looks like people are rediscovering how good the Origins support cards actually are.
On the flip side, premium Signatures are taking a breather. Ahri - Nine-Tailed Fox (Signature) dropped 16.8% to $1,925.94, and Kai'Sa fell 10.9% to $2,327.96. Even Teemo - Swift Scout took an 11.8% hit down to $880.64. Probably just natural correction after their recent run-ups.
The biggest loser was Seal of Focus, which got absolutely wrecked with a 55.8% drop to $30.34. Either the meta shifted away from whatever deck was running this, or people realized it wasn't as good as they thought.
What to Watch
Keep an eye on those Origins Seals - if this trend continues, we could see more support cards from that set start moving. Also watch for any organized play announcements since those Metal promos are clearly driving serious FOMO right now.
