inkwell respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement.

What inkwell Hosts
inkwell is an analytics platform. We do not host or store trading card images — card images are served via third-party API CDNs. Our platform stores:
- Computed price data and analytics (proprietary)
- User account information (portfolios, watchlists, alerts)
- Blog and editorial content authored by inkwell
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content accessible via the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our Designated Agent containing the following information (required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail that we can locate it on the Service
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

We will respond to valid notices within 48 hours.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material removed and its prior location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- Consent to jurisdiction in federal court in the District of Colorado
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed content after 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
Repeat Infringers
inkwell will terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.
