This is textbook launch premium territory. CSR versions of chase cards almost always start hot and cool down once the initial hunt settles. If you're chasing Gildas specifically, you're paying hype tax right now — this is not the time to grab a copy unless you absolutely need it today.
The box itself has already dropped -17.8% in the last week, which tells you the initial frenzy is wearing off. That's actually good news if you're patient.
Chase Cards
Gildas, Faesworn Monarch (CSR) — $799.99

Value Breakdown
The middle tier is razor-thin here. You've got 8 rares/ultras averaging $1.74, then everything else drops to under a dollar fast. That's the danger sign with sets this top-heavy: if Gildas crashes, you're left with a bunch of $0.70–$2.00 cards that don't add up to much.

Mordred Re: Collection has one chase card carrying the entire EV story. That's not sustainable, and the market is already starting to realize it. The box has room to drop, singles under $5.00 are reasonably priced, and Gildas is a hype-tax special that'll deflate over the next month.
If you're a casual player or collector, wait until mid-April. If you need the utility rares, grab them now. If Gildas calls to you—maybe sleep on it for two weeks first.
